5.1 Ensure traceability of animations

Whatever the tool used, recording the names of those present, with their visa, enables everyone to certify that the information has been taken on board. An effective event is also one that reaches all the staff concerned. Keep an eye on the participation rate, and make sure you've reached all the staff you want.
