2. Building your work team

You need to set up a multi-disciplinary working group made up of people who can provide the information needed for the analysis, thanks to their technical knowledge or their experience with equipment already in operation.

The working group must include :

• a representative of the methods department (responsible for specifications, costs, deadlines and technical aspects);

• a representative of the equipment designer (supplier) ;

• a user of the medium ;

• a maintenance representative in charge of upkeep;

• a specialist in the subject in question;

• a representative from the quality, testing and purchasing departments...
