5.1 Be curious

Quality initiatives are often equated with efforts aimed at complying with regulations, standards, and customer requirements… This should not reduce us to a mere conformist stance.

It appears that traditional methods have not been sufficient to address all the challenges and quality issues that companies face.

It would therefore be advisable for everyone, in their respective roles, to explore new approaches, methods, and tools for defining and implementing QMS and processes, in order to identify the best ways to align work practices and organizations with strategic directions and their respective markets.
