When faced with any situation or change, it’s clear that keeping things simple is better than making them complicated. However, this argument for simplicity is sometimes used to rule out solutions that are more effective but less straightforward to implement.
Selection criteria applicable to proposed solutions related to QMS process approaches and/or architecture may include: ease or feasibility of implementation, potential benefits, cost, strategic alignment or consistency, and ISO 9001 compliance.
