 INTRODUCTION

Companies are facing the challenges of a profoundly different environment from that of recent decades. The context in which companies now operate is characterized by accelerated change, globalization of markets, and the emergence of knowledge as a key resource.

In business, too, you need a leader or a management team to set a course, a direction to follow. This person or group of people must have managerial qualities, deploy a strategy, implement planning elements, evaluate performance and be a driving force in improving results. They must also implement communication approaches, and be able to listen to their colleagues.
