6.1 Don't underestimate the importance of recording non-conformities
Lack of recording would give you a biased view of your QMS operation. Analysis of partial data (in the case of recurring or non-recurring events) would probably deprive you of certain corrective actions. Performance indicators (numbers and costs incurred) would be overly flattering.
