2. Examples of human factor feedback tools
There isn't one "R.Ex. FH" model that has to be applied everywhere and to which we have to conform. There is a vast field of knowledge from the human and social sciences that enables us to understand what is at work in the complexity of our socio-technical systems. This understanding enables us to identify possible actions, assess their impact a priori, and manage such systems with full knowledge of the facts. The approaches described below are illustrations of typical approaches from which we can build by copying and adapting the approach we need!
