1.1 Composition and chairmanship of CODERST

The Board is composed of 25 members (article R. 1416-2 of the Code de la santé publique ):

• six representatives of government departments (e.g. DREAL, DDT);

• the Director General of the Regional Health Agency or his representative;

• five representatives of local authorities (communes, départements, regions);

• nine people, equally divided between representatives of approved consumer, fishing and environmental protection associations, members of professions working...
