Am I obliged to deal systematically with all the topics presented in the various stages above?
Yes. However, as indicated above in the "our advice" paragraph, there's no point in giving details of elements that wouldn't contribute to a better understanding of the site and its surroundings and/or the dossier.
For example, don't dwell on the impact on flora and fauna when the project is located in the heart of an industrial zone and the activity will not discharge into the water system or into the air.
