RNT ED: Compulsory or not?

From now on, the ED must include a non-technical summary, in the same way as the EI (article D. 181-15-1 III of Code de l’environnement ). The NTS explains the probability, kinetics and effect zones of potential accidents. It must include a map of significant risk zones.

Should the maps in the dossier be included in the ED's RNT?

The ED's NTR must explain the risks associated with the activities and environmental context of an operating site, and define the zones of effect of potential accidents. To this end, and for better understanding, it must include a map of significant risk zones.
