Create a dashboard

There is no single type of dashboard. Every project context is different. That's why it's important to choose the right process to chart. Here are a few examples of processes based on project priorities.

For example, a project may take two years to complete. Deliverables are to be provided on a regular basis. Physical progress is easily monitored, as is the case on a construction project. The dashboard can therefore use a process that focuses on the number of deliverables produced per unit of time (month).
