3.1 Positives

Both projects have demonstrated the technical feasibility and industrial interest of calculations and simulations using reduced-order modeling. Model reduction techniques make it possible to produce numerical models that are potentially both physically accurate and numerically efficient: the computational resources thus required to perform a vibro-acoustic analysis are low enough that the computational model can be ported to a "light" computer medium, such as a digital tablet (figure 7 ).
