2. The challenges of the innovation process in logistics and SCM

Chapter 1 clarified what innovation is, what innovation in logistics and SCM is, and provided a framework for "thinking innovation" in this field. The aim of Chapter 2 is to understand the challenges associated with the innovation process in logistics and SCM.
