Matheo Patent automatically classifies patents by applicant or inventor, by technology (classification codes), by date, by country, by patent family, etc.

Various graphical analysis tools are available:

• histograms (on dates, authors, countries, classifications, title or abstract keywords) ;

• matrices or metamatrices: cross-referencing of all available fields, e.g. IPCs and applicants ("automatic benchmarking"), inventors and IPCs (know-how), IPCs and application dates (technological evolution), applicants and application dates (new entrants);
