4.1 Draw up co-ownership regulations
In the case of co-ownership, it is preferable to draw up co-ownership regulations that set out the rights and obligations of each co-owner throughout the life of the patent, according to the needs and development prospects of each.
Ideally, you should draw up this project – or, at the very least, its broad outline – as soon as the project likely to lead to a patentable invention is born. Don't hesitate to seek professional assistance.
