6.1 Study on distribution

In 2009, the European TRIZ Association (ETRIA) embarked on an ambitious process to map the spread of TRIZ around the world. The project lasted 6 months, and the results have been published on the website. Here are a few key elements of this study, which marks an important turning point in the life of TRIZ: the point at which it now escapes its creators and becomes an integral part of the international heritage of highly-equipped theoretical approaches to design, particularly in corporate R&D departments, consulting practices and research laboratories contributing to engineering...
