3. Building a health, safety and environment dashboard
This section deals with the construction of a health, safety and environment dashboard. The overall construction approach is first described, then models for breaking down an HSE strategy and indicator systems are proposed. Finally, examples of HSE indicators grouped together in the form of a dashboard are presented and discussed.
3.1 General approach
The aim of this first development is to present the general approach to building a dashboard. The main stages in the creation and life of a dashboard are shown in figure 7 .
