4. Courses of action

How can companies deal with these health issues and problems? How can they make action in the health field a lever for performance? Four points of reference can guide them. First, they need to develop a health-related frame of reference that will enable them to integrate this dimension into all their policies. Secondly, they need to realize that the project-based management approach with which they are familiar can easily be transposed to healthcare. Thirdly, they must apply classic return-on-investment thinking to healthcare.
