new generation sequencing (NGS)

Molecular methodology for rapid sequencing. The libraries are prepared by random DNA fragmentation followed by hybridization of small, specific probes. Amplification is performed using increasingly sophisticated clonal amplification and PCR methods. Sequencing can be performed using a variety of approaches.

Chromatographie Liquide Haute Performance (CLHP); High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
