DNA (desoxyribonucleic acid); deoxyribonucleic acid

A macromolecule that carries genetic information, formed by the concatenation of nucleotides, themselves made up of a nucleic base (adenine, guanine, thymine, cytosine), a phosphate group and a sugar (deoxyribose).

Host-guest chemistry

This is the name given to the chemistry of complex systems formed by the non-covalent association of a molecular receptor (host) with another ionic or molecular entity (guest). Host-guest chemistry is an essential branch of molecular recognition.
