Building regulations

All general building regulations are applicable to a terminal.

Town planning regulations

The terminal must respect the urban constraints or architectural order existing on the airport site. A terminal is a building requiring planning permission.

Safety rule

An air terminal is an establishment open to the public (ERP), and must therefore comply with fire safety requirements (detection, fire-fighting, evacuation) for this type of building.
