3. Conclusion

The implementation of security resources and procedures will be all the less restrictive and all the less costly for the airport if it is based on consultation between the various players involved in security, and if the following considerations are taken into account right from the feasibility studies :

• to be effective, safety resources must be balanced, complementary and organized;
