7.1 Transport from an environmental perspective and the national low-carbon strategy

Public awareness of the need to protect the environment in many countries has gone beyond political meetings such as COPxx to result in the definition of a national low-carbon strategy in France. This strategy covers all sectors of activity (figure 31 ).
