1. Observation modeling and curve estimation

Statistical analysis of immunoassay data involves modeling and estimating the parameters of a curve in a regression model. For this reason, the regression model and methods for estimating parameters are described in this first paragraph.

1.1 Estimation of a calibration curve. Interferon gamma assay
