Nowadays, all the provisions described in this article have been translated into equipment management software.

The purpose of this software is to provide some or all of the following:

• scheduling of calibrations for all types of equipment, with a configurable alert system to notify management;

• calibration data recording (integration of calibration certificates or performing calibrations);

• metrological confirmation management ;

• recording of calibration operations (life sheet – );

• access to metrological procedures ;

• maintenance management ;
