2. Ensure reagent stability

The aim is to observe reagent degradation. To do this, we recommend dosing the reagent several times over an interval, for example: [opening day – reagent expiration date].

The stability limit is determined when a value falls outside a predetermined "acceptable rate of variation" (e.g. +/- 15% of its original value).
