6.1 An initial "a priori

To evaluate and approve a supplier of services and/or supplies whose quality affects the quality of tests or calibrations, various criteria are essential, and require a certain amount of hindsight. The items most commonly taken into account by laboratories are :

• security of supply ;

• service (management of requests and offers) ;

• product or service quality and conformity;

• SAFETY ;

• the price.
