Staff involvement is fundamental to the success of a quality approach, as each person is a link in the chain of support for this approach . Indeed, each and every person involved has a real and specific impact on the smooth running and image of the organization for which they work. In fact, employee involvement is the third principle of quality management presented in the ISO 9000 standards, placed just after leadership, of which it is the natural extension
