3. Microautoradiography

3.1 Objective

Microautoradiography enables the visualization of silver grains or traces developed in the emulsion by ionizing radiation emitted by the radioligand incorporated into the tissue (receptor localization, radioimmunocytochemistry), using optical and electron microscopy.
