Viewpoint descriptions

During the various stages in the development lifecycle of an automatic system, from general design to implementation, the approach to control design is progressive, and is increasingly carried out in consultation with all stakeholders (operators, maintainers, etc.). This is often referred to as a point-of-view approach. The definition of the solutions used for the operating part is carried out in parallel.

In this way, the boundary of the control behavior to be described evolves, and the inputs-outputs considered are characterized differently according to the boundary concerned. The dominant point of view is that of the control designer, even if he is led to integrate other points of view into his work (drivers, tuners, maintainers, operations managers, etc.).
