1. General

The innovation * behind this work was developed during a doctoral thesis at GEPEA (Laboratoire de Génie des Procédés dans les domaines de l'Environnement, de l'Agroalimentaire et de la valorisation des produits de la mer) UMR CNRS 6144 on the characteristics of a liquid-liquid dispersion in industrial production. The team quickly realized that there was no metrology applicable in a context close to industrial reality, i.e. in-line, undiluted measurement of the size distribution. A measuring device was therefore developed to measure the characteristics of dispersions. It is this device, now at the prototype stage, that we present to you.
