5. Spatio-temporal self-calibration of a dynamic biochip

In addition to providing access to dynamic data on hybridization/dehybridization reactions, this type of "real-time" measurement enables the implementation of measurement protocols that allow powerful self-calibration techniques for each set of measurements. Indeed, it is possible to precede a cycle of desired measurements on the interactions to be characterized by another set of "standard" measurements, enabling the sensor response to be calibrated in any zone of the surface with the spatial precision of the camera pixels used.

In concrete terms, it is possible to carry out three temporal cycles of spatial measurement series. Note that the chronological order of these three cycles is not imposed. The hybridization cycle of the solutions to be characterized is corrected by the other two cycles, which correct the spatial inhomogeneities of the reader and the biochip....
