Anomalie fonctionnelle; IC's malfunction
Functional anomaly refers to the observation of the active electronic components of a device undergoing an immunity test. The functional anomaly is directly related to the perception of exotic (or strange) behavior of the circuit disturbed by interference induced during an immunity test. In general, the anomaly is the result of non-linear effects restored at the output of the active component by the appearance of DC voltages or demodulation phenomena.
