Fourier-based Signal Analyzer.

Hardware or software device or instrument for in-depth signal analysis using the Fourier transform tool.

Spectrum analyzer ; Analyseur de spectre

A hardware or software instrument for signal analysis, used to visualize and interpret the frequency characteristics of a signal.

Autocorrelation (or correlation function); Autocorrelation

Function defining how the data in a time series are related, on average, to the preceding data. In other words, it measures signal self-similarity over different delays.

Bruit blanc; White noise

Totally unpredictable random signal with a constant power distribution over its entire frequency band.
