2. Thermo-bacteriology and decontamination parameters in continuous systems

The definition of a heat treatment schedule (choice of time/temperature pairing) to be applied to a product in a continuous plant is based on the same calculation and dimensioning principles as when treating a product in its final packaging, for example in an autoclave.
