Quebec maple syrup production generates sales of $80 million, and far beyond the economy, it represents a culture, a rite and a renaissance every year in early spring, generating encounters, exchanges and sharing between Quebecers. Its success is the result of human genius in terms of research and innovation to improve both the quantity and quality of the maple syrup produced.
