3.1 Oenology applications

The operating principle of crossflow microfiltration (MFT) offers undeniable advantages when it comes to replacing traditional winemaking practices. Indeed, MFT enables simultaneous limpidity and microbiological stabilization to be achieved in a single operation, regardless of the size of the particle load. Taking these potentialities into account has led to a wide range of investigations.
