Logistics is an approach whose main objective is to ensure the quality, reliability, responsiveness, flexibility and lowest cost of the physical circulation process, with a view to satisfying a group of customers/buyers/users and/or consumers (the right product, in the right place, at the right time and at the best cost). It is a "management approach whose mission is to coordinate the various commercial and industrial operations with a view to synchronizing them with final demand"
