To manage your odor emissions, you need to assess their impact. The aim is to be able to demonstrate the relationship between the operation of your plant and the olfactory impact, but also with meteorological parameters, for example. Once you've assessed the impact, you can put in place day-to-day management to limit risk situations, improve olfactory impact and monitor your odor emissions.
To achieve this, you can install sensors on your site close to pre-identified risk areas, enabling you to monitor the different levels of odorant concentration in real time via a computer interface (color-coded, for example).
In addition to sensors, the installation of a weather station on your site will enable you to know, in real time, the conditions identified as deleterious for the olfactory impact.
