5. Mistakes to avoid

5.1 Don't forget to inform the prefecture as soon as possible.

If you wait too long, you run the risk that the prefecture will not be aware of your situation within one year of the publication of the decree modifying the nomenclature or the changes to Règlement européen n° 1272/2008 dit « CLP » .
