3. Our advice

3.1 Prepare in advance for the CODERST meeting

According to regulations, the Prefect must provide CODERST members with the documents they need to examine your case (e.g., the ICPE inspector's report, the draft order) at least five days before the meeting. This is not very much considering the number of dossiers examined during a session.

To benefit from support within the CODERST, we advise you to prepare the meeting in advance by contacting :

• the local mayor, to present your installation or your installation project, particularly its economic and environmental aspects;

• the delegate for your profession (industry, agriculture, construction, other), to ask for advice on any difficulties...
