2. Risks of key processes

Risks are scenarios that impact the normal functioning of the structure.

These scenarios may be a combination of endogenous events. However, exogenous events may also play a role in their occurrence.

In addition, we approach risk mapping using processes that describe how the structure operates. In this regard, we draw inspiration from the ISO9001 standard – 2015.

All processes are intended to describe how the structure operates and to establish responsibilities.

In addition, we recommend using ISO 31000 version 2018. It helps to establish a link between processes and risk management in organizations.
