3. Conclusion

The integration of CSR into corporate strategy is gradually becoming a new responsibility, in response to the societal challenges of the 21st century.

Committing to a CSR approach requires companies to adapt their managerial practices. It is also an opportunity to structure actions that will enable the company to control costs, better satisfy its customers, innovate, motivate staff in a new work dynamic, and improve its image in the eyes of its stakeholders.

Aware that companies, and especially SMEs, still have a long way to go, public and private CSR players are supporting this commitment by developing support and tools to help with strategic thinking and the implementation of a continuous improvement approach, and by disseminating good organizational practices.
