4.1 Structure-properties-treatments relationship

The first principle of pollutant treatment, whatever the phase, is to use its specific physico-chemical characteristics, or granulometric characteristics in the case of pollutant particles or vesicles, to control its concentration in the atmosphere [G 1 700] .
