We can distinguish between actors linked to managers and those linked to employees.

1.1 Actors linked to managers

The notion of executive covers several realities.

  • The company's manager(s) refers to the person(s) in charge of its management (director, manager, president, etc.). These people are called upon to make decisions concerning the operation of the plant (investments, internal organization, etc.).

  • Shareholders are people who own shares in the company, i.e. securities representing a fraction of the company's share capital. They can influence decisions affecting the operation of the facility.
