1.1 Garbage bags: a first approach

The NF-Environnement scheme initially envisaged that for each project selected, a draft specification would be drawn up by an expert rapporteur, with the help of all the partners. For this particular project, the rapporteur submitted a draft in June 91 :

• product group: polyethylene and paper pre-collection and collection bags ;

• group delimitation: bags intended to receive ordinary household or collective waste and non-hazardous industrial waste;

• suitability-for-use criteria defined in relation to a series of NF standards;
