4. Our advice

4.1 Establish a common RNT

As the environmental authorization application file must be the subject of an RNT for the EI and an RNT for the ED, it makes sense to put together a joint RNT.

This avoids repetition, as both parts (EI and ED) require a general presentation of the site and its environment (interests to be protected, description of the facility, activities, installations, products stored and used, etc.).
