You must demonstrate that the facility you wish to operate complies with regulations.

You will then need to justify the resources (technical, organizational, etc.) that will be put in place to guarantee compliance with the obligations defined not only by the standardized requirements, but also by the plans and programs that affect your facility (local urban development plan, regional air quality plan, nature zone, etc.).
