11.1 Failure to identify legal requirements on a regular basis

Regulatory requirements and technical specifications are constantly evolving, and are increasingly restrictive for operators. It is essential to organize a regulatory watch within the company, which should not stop at a list of applicable texts, but identify newly applicable regulatory requirements. This enables you to regularly check the regulatory and technical compliance of your installations, in order to take into account the latest regulatory developments and to verify that the compliances identified during previous assessment campaigns are still valid. This monitoring is carried out in order of priority of legal requirements.
