This section presents examples of risk mapping in various relatively unavoidable fields of application. These risk maps for relatively specific applications can also be integrated into a more global risk map for an organization.
6.1 Example of a project risk map
The table 7 describes the main project risks that can be found in a dedicated risk map. The purpose of this approach is to identify and monitor the risks specific to the management of a project portfolio, or of certain projects viewed in a unitary manner, using key risk indicators.
